At ZenovaHome, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Customized or special order products

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
  • If your return is rejected, we will inform you with the reason (e.g., product not in original condition or returned after 7 days).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. First check your bank account.
  2. Then contact your credit card company or bank (processing may take some time).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at zenovahome576@gmail.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once your return is received.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
